Re: Got paint

Its als liner in the bed, tinted to match, its close but not perfect in the bed, is sprayed it with body color up and over the rails so it didnt stand out too much

The color is sunburst orange metallic

Re: Got paint

I wondered how people got the bed liner to match the paint. I dont know jack about that kind of thing. Isnt bed liner usually black? Im curious how you tint black to make the body color, I just assumed if something was black that was it.

Re: Got paint

Very Nice Truck Bigbadchev72...

CG, the last time i was at the paint supply house i saw a couple of the bedliner kits, the black was black, and the tintable one looked a light creamish color, i think it was SEM brand.

EDIT ** I know this is a ford link, but it shows what i was referring too:

Re: Got paint

The als liner is clear, you can get it black, tan, or grey from them, I got 3 gallons of the black and the black tint comes in a seperate bottle. You just call up the paint store and get the paint from them without the binder and something else in it.
