Question 14 Bolt and driveshafts

I have a 79 dually 4X4 and I want to change the rear from a DRW to a SRW.

My question is.... Is my driveshaft going to work on a 14 SRW?? I heard there are 2 diffferent sizes, a 10.5" and a 9.5". I was wondering if the pinion is the same distance from the transfer case shaft as the 10.5"" and can I reuse my driveshaft if I find a 3/4 ton 14 BOLT?
