i had to take a cutting wheel and and cut mine like a + sign in the head of the bolt and the four pieces will knock or fall off and you can knock the bolt in though the bumper

Interesting idea... Keep in mind - I only have hand tools. How much force before they break?

I have a 24" breaker bar that works nicely. If you try to loosen them, they will spin and round off the shoulder and you will be swearing in no time. They will break easier than you think.

I like this idea. Do you do this prior to loosening the bolts or hold them in place after loosening and cut?

either way might be better if tight i had to cut several of mine
