Master Cylinder Painted

Started with etching primer followed by some duplicolor high heat caliper paint. I'm happy with the results. Now I have figure out how to make some room for it because it hits the air cleaner!

Yes it is. Frantz oil filter. It works, but I had a hard time finding the replacement gasket.

Re: Master Cylinder Painted

I hate to say it since you already spent $$$ and time, but it's easier to use a 3/4T booster since it sits slightly closer to the firewall. However, your air cleaner would still hit it too. Only thing you can do is replace your air cleaner with a smaller aftermarket one. Good luck finding one that'll fit on a 1bbl carb hole. As a last resort you could cut up a jy air cleaner to a smaller size and buy an appropriate sized air cleaner. I've done that before when I had my L6.

Oh, any chance you could post detailed pics of your AC compressor brackets and compressor?

Re: Master Cylinder Painted

I actually got this set up from a member for $100 never used! I bought a little cheapo air cleaner.

No A/C, just a big smog pump.
