need ideas on door handles and window cranks

Anyone installed custom or aftermarket door handles and window cranks? Pics would be appreciated. Also, are there any alternative ways to attach them? I hate the clips.

Got mine from Summit. I don't remember the brand, they don't use the c-clip.
