Welcome to the forum. You've come to the right place.
To me, that looks like a decent deal. But like steverino66 said, do you like the truck just like it is? Because lowering is a chore with a c-20 compared to the c-10's. Also, wheel and brake upgrades are a little harder.

1/2 or 3/4 you can do a drop and discs, you can also do a disc upgrade and add 5lug if ya want to. I would make a REAL BIG Deal about you NOT needing the 3/4 ton if you go buy it, hesitate about 3 times, say no, I will be looking at another one later today. then when he is hooked, offer 1250.
