Bed Question

Will a 66 chevy long stepside bed fit the frame of a 69? I got one given to me and id like to put it on as my long fleet is trashed, might just primer it and use it as a spare until I can get another fleet. Thanks

I know the opposite is true. farmers used to do that around where I lived. Of course you know how farmers sometimes do things. we had several running around like that in the 70's
