I have a GMC left side Fender I think that it has the chrome Eyebrow Trim that you want, it has two clips on the back.

BTW, you can get these clips from The Truck Shop in California. I don't think that they are in their catalog, but they sold them to me. I went through what you are going thru rying to find these for my dad's 71 GMC a couple of years ago.
