66 hood
I just wanted to share this. I was on a recent road trip to Texas on buisness and found a junk yard between Dallas and Cushing that had 2 66 trucks. I bought a hood with little rust and a few dents for $42.00 cash. WHAT A DEAL. Also I saw a bone yard with atleast 200 VW's of all years, shapes, and flavors, I thought that was neat.

Re: 66 hood
Good for you. Hard enough to find a hood worth buying, let alone getting it for a good price.

Re: 66 hood
Damn that's a good deal! Around here I was lucky to find a straight hood with rust holes in it. I don't want the think about what it cost after the body guy finished welding on it...
