power steering box seal ?

got the truck out of the garage for summer and noticed my power steering box was leaking like a siv...its leaking up top where the steering column shaft goes into it...anybody ever replaced this seal? is it a hard part to get at a local parts store?......and is it a bi*** to change?....thanks guys.....

I replaced the bottom one, and it was mediocre on the difficulty scale. Made a mess when it finally blew out. Not sure if that one is the same way, but the bottom one has a snapring, and then you have to have pressure inside the box to blow the seal out.

make sure it's your seal. I thought my upper seal was leaking too, but it turned out to be the return hose fitting was leaking.......and then eventually cracked completely and the fluid was practucally spraying out!! Luckily I was a the local 67-72 parts supplier's house when it happened . I changed it in his driveway in a couple minutes
