C-60 Truck Doors??

Hey Guys,

Will the doors off a C-60 truck cab work on 1/2 ton pickup cab?? I know the lower front corners are clipped, but can they be welded up??

Also, should I pull anything else from it.....right now, thinking the windshield (if good), AM radio, glovebox door, dash panel.....can you think of anything else I should pull??

Thanks

Re: C-60 Truck Doors??

If it's all there and in good shape, the fenders are worth grabbing.

And, as always :

Re: C-60 Truck Doors??

Geoff be careful with the fenders I am pretty sure they attach differently than the regular cab trucks. Look just below the heater and see if there is a cover over the heater cables, if so get it! They are listed with 67 stuff for regular cab trucks but only place I have ever seen them was in big trucks- I guess to keep people's feet out of the cables? Worth some cash however, so get it.

Re: C-60 Truck Doors??

Atta boy Nice pick up. If you can get to it before he crushes, check the engine and see if the remote reservoir for steering is still there, it should mount to side like bb and is worth getting.

Re: C-60 Truck Doors??

Hey if it's a 427 truck, try to get the air intake grill off the hood and the 427 emblem if it has one!

I know it is! That thing would be sweet fixed up! Drop it onto a newer frame with a big diesel. Put a flat bed or roll back on the back. Good to go!

The interior missing is a small issue but Im sure it could be bought back huh? 50% or 75% mark up??? Haha

Re: C-60 Truck Doors??

Geoff not so sure about the seats, but the piece in the plastic baggie is good to go . Heck you even got the hose. I think the seats are too rounded to be the same as buddies, but could be...
