See if your MSPAINT can open a jpg file. If so, resize using the stretch and skew function. just make sure you stretch both directions the same percentage or your picture will get distorted. There are other, better ways, but they will require a 3rd party program. Kenneth

I like to use Adobe Photo Deluxe myself. I got my copy free as it was bundled with an HP scanner I bought a couple of years back. You can do a search on Ebay for it and can buy it for between $10 and $20.
