what year?
just wondering what other people say, my truck is a 71 that im in the middle of a mild resto with a 68 front end on it now, should i tell people its 71, tell people its a 71 with a 68 front end, or just tell them its a 68 whatcha think?

I once built a 69 with a 68 front end. Every time I told people it was a 69 they would tell me it had the wrong front clip on it for a 69. I built the truck from the frame up and they some how figured I hadn't noticed the clip being the wrong year.
Since I am a recluse and don't socialize well I finally just starting saying it was a 68 so folks would hopefully drop the whole matter.

thanks for the reply's guys. ive been telling people that its a 71 with a 68 clip but im kinda with Tx here, i dont like explaning to everyone the differnce

Since that's what you made it to look like. When you sell it, then tell them it's true year.
