1983 Scottsdale, washed it and now nothing

Craaaap, Was trying to get this truck cleaned up and I was spraying out the underside with a pressure washer, finished and cranked it up and moved it out of the yard. Went back 5 minutes later and turned the key to the on position and the dash lit up but wouldn't crank then the dash lights went out and now I have no power nothing. Tried to jump it and cleaned the terminals but still nothing. Where do I go from here? Thanks

No power at all that is strange? Check battery ground maybe it is loose?

I'd check ground from the battery too. I had a similar problem a couple months back. Ran fine until I got gas. Tried to start er up.....nothing. It was a bad positive cable. Kind of a rare occurance, but it has happend to me twice now.

Well the cable running from the solenoid to the battery was loose and I guess washing it was unrelated, running great now, thanks
