tie rod and brake line help

i am changing from 67 drums up front to 73-87 drop spindles and disc brakes. i have the spindles and ball joints on and now i need to do the tie rods. i guess i use 73-87 outers and 67 inners? which tie rod adjusting sleeves? there are so many to pick from. what is the best combo?

second question: i bought a 77 brake booster/master cyc./prop. valve from junkyard. couldnt find good brake lines. where can i get brake tubing to use from the 77 prop. valve to 73-87 soft lines? or should i try to use the factory location for the prop. valve and use the 77 prop valve there? the faq threads are great, but i couldnt narrow it down.

thanks
