whats the best way to polish grill

dont have the cash for the chrome grille and headlight bezels. the originals are not in bad shape but the finish looks like crap. whats the best way to polish them up and get them looking like new?

That appears to be an aluminum grille. If this is the case, the following threads should help. You first need to remove the anodizing, then move on to polishing:

I agree with markeb01. That's a very nice original annodized aluminum grill. Just strip the annodizing of with some oven cleaner (make sure you wear rubber gloves) and then just start polishing. You can get some of the supplies you need from the link that brawley posted. If you haven't polished metal before, do some research first on how it's done. The people at Tarheel might be able to help with that as well. You might also post this question in the 'Detailing' section here on the board for some tips on polishing.
