Re: WTB - GM Choke Delete
Thanks for the tip. I did not know these were reproduced. For $38.50 delivered I'll take a flyer on it. If it's sub-par, I'll see what msgross has in his stash.

Re: WTB - GM Choke Delete
Wow! I didn't know these were so valuable... I have a couple of them. Maybe I shouldn't let them just roll around in my ashtray. I always wanted to find a way to use one as a start button... or cufflinks!

Re: WTB - GM Choke Delete
Will do. If it's a poor repop, I'll be back in the market.

Re: WTB - GM Choke Delete
Thats what happens when everything is not posted in the thread. RedBarron69 was going to get back to me and I have not heard from him. Sorry I did not catch that it was not stated in the thread. If the new repo does not work out let me know what you think on mine. I would go $50.00 shipped and insured if interested in just the delete. Thanks, Todd

Re: WTB - GM Choke Delete
It is my fault more than yours. I should have posted to the thread what was going on but did not do it.

Re: WTB - GM Choke Delete
I got the repop today and I give it an 8 out of 10. It does not come with the correct washer and nut and the price (38.50 delivered) is high for such a small part. I scavenged a washer and nut off a wiper switch I had and it fits perfect. The corners are rounded (the OE one I have in another truck has 90 degree corners), but I've seen used rounded ones too.
All in all, I'm pleased. No pitting and no touchup of the black needed. Pic below

Re: WTB - GM Choke Delete
thanks for the update... FYI if you push the macro button on your camera (usually has a little flower) you will be able to focus on close up objects better. I have seen rounded and square ones with the same part number on the back... I have to touch up the black still though!
