I don't know if I'm interpreting his post accurately or not, but Buenos Aires is in Argentina, not mexico. And I have never heard of rust that was caused by a lack of moisture.

It`s pretty simple,actually.The trucks were exported "from" the US "to" Argentina,then distributed "throughout" Latin America.This truck will have a KPH speedo and the gauges will be in Spanish.As far as the rust goes,he is saying there is very little rust and that is because it is from a low moisture region.The lack of moisture didn`t cause the rust.It caused the predominent lack of rust.
That`s a good looking example.I saved pictures.Note:I did not save pictures of the interior.

Classic Trucks had an article on a South of the Border truck (I think it was last year). If i recall, it was from Argentina too so it's possible.
