tranny question

ok, so my turbo350 finally went out,and my gramps just happened to have one in the backyard....but before i have a question, my old 350 didnt have the 4plug in thing...and this one does, anyone know what its for?

I believe that is the plug that controls the lockup torque converter on a TH350C. Your truck, if it came from the factory with a TH350, should have it. It may be pushed up out of the way if it wasn't being use, or cut off completely.

Yea I am pretty sure with it being the TH350 and not the 700r4 or the newer ones you will be completely fine without hooking it up!
