Went pickin' today

After three days at Pate our system was so use to being surrounded by junk that we were having withdrawal pains so we went to a "junk yard" and actually found a couple of neat things: a very nice original black dash pad, a near perfect gold dash pad from a 68 BB (no engine or trans) 50th anniversity truck, had the BB motor mounts and stands, the parchment arm rest, the E brake handle cover and another truck that was a 72 Sierra Grande with wood grain instrument bezel and a very nice Sierra Grande glove box door emblem.
Hopefully tomorrow we will be back to normal.... Paul and Jason

Re: Went pickin' today

What did you wind up buying at Pate, other than the grill & emblem combo?

Steve, we got some full wheel covers, real nice show quality bumpers for Jason's show truck ( original GM that had been triple plated ), some misc stuff from board members, 72 wood grain door panel inserts and traded for alot of BB stuff from Jimmy 68 lowburb. it was good to see you again and meet Phil.
