How does water get inside of glovebox?

When it rains, my glovebox will get water inside. Where should I look for the leak?

lower windshield/gasket corner would be my first bet, or the cowl is clogged up with stuff and the water's backing up somehow.

Re: How does water get inside of glovebox?

Mike J is correct, it is most likely the lower corner of your windshield gasket. I had the same exact problem with my last 68 Truck. Glovebox would get wet whenever it rained or I washed the truck because the water was leaking in from the lower corner of the windshield gasket.

Also could be rust in the cowl.

Maybe the hole for the radio antenna or cable.
