Well,
It finally happend, I won something on ebay and got frauded. This guy is selling Mitchell on Demand on ebay at a good price and I bit. Well a few days went by and nothing came, so I sent him a request for tracking information, he sent me a link. In the auction its noted that he uses USPS but the picture shows a FEDEX label, (First sign I should have saw) Doohh....He sent me a link and if you use USPS you know it will be delivered before you can track it online. Well it finally posted and sent to somewhere different. So I have sent multiple emails through paypal,ebay and got nothing back from him. I opened a case and with ebays new buyer protection plan "I should" get my money back, if not Ill go through paypal next week and my card company. I still have all the emails and paypal receipt so I am confident.

Here's the kicker, he is still running this auction and I still had my comments to post from the last auction so I did, I told people to be aware. He came back and said "I used a stolen credit card and paypal said not to ship" Really now, we shall see.....

You got to love these people and the truth is I still have all the data to prove him wrong


I hope that dollar was worth it, I consider myself an honest person and if anyone has bad dealings with me I dont sleep at night "If its legit" until its resolved.

I dont think this guy is on this board and by all the alias I have from his different emails and paypal rcpt it would be hard to track its not worth the effort to see. Ebay says comes from CA, tracking said IN, who knows.

Just be warned about another scammer out there and if he fixes it I will repost the details, but I dont think it will happen.

Karma has its ways and I always enjoy how it works.

I looked at his auctions/feedback. Paypal would not release any information pertaining to a card account. They's either accept or decline the card right off the bat. I'd suggest contesting the charges on your'e CC first. Screw Paypal. They did it to me. They agreed that I was ripped off and still favored the "seller". I talked to a manager at PP and he agreed with me that it was wrong not to refund my money. He also agreed that the case was was a slam dunk. I even had an admission from the seller that she did not provide me with anything. Paypal favored against me with a technicality. I asked the manager "You do know this is wrong don't you?" He answered "Yes we are clearly wrong".

Well,
Ebay has this new policy that I will find out about it tomorrow if it stands up to its name, thats when my case will end with them to clear up. I meet all the criteria from the policy so, ebay should be refunding me. The next step is the cc and paypal.

Its not about the money to me, just want everyone to know before they hit PAY NOW button on ebay from this guy's auctions......

But good point about paypal not releasing info.....

Update,
I called Ebay today and they sided with me, at the moment they are giving me a full refund. Money should be back within the week. The policy is working so far. I'll post more once I get my refund.

Well ebay refunded me today, so the new policy works....
