Is there a good way to clean them & also can you just remove the cracked plastic covers & be done with it or are they important . Havent really found any at the pick n pulls that are any better than what I have & really dont want to buy new ones . Any help out there?

Re: Dirty seat belts

Upholstery cleaner, and scrub it in, wipe it off, follow with clear water wipe.

Re: Dirty seat belts

Re: Dirty seat belts

You can extend them all the way and use a power washer also.
