pro comp shocks

I have a pair of brand new es 3000 procomp shocks part#329500 summit 37.95 will take 50.00 for the pair extended length 29.830 inches collapsed 17.320. They were bolted on my 70 4 wheel drive blazer and with the new springs they were to short had to get longer ones never drove on

Front or rear.Were they listed for stock application?If not,what lift?
