for the past few moths i've been using "BLUE MAGIC" chrome polish on my bikes its thinner consistency than mothers and buffs out easier and leaves less residue than mothers its also seems more gentile on painted areas than the mothers was//generally i find it easier to use and maintain the chrome with blue magic than mothers but the mothers did better on bringing bad stuff back to life

i have used countless products from car shows even mothers, never dull ect. but blue magic is the best i have found it worked the best for my aluminum slots bumpers, grill, door handles it. i have been using it for 3 yrs now and have never been dissapointed
