Re: The rarest 67 EVER!

You know, this post is sort of off the subject and I don't want to thread-jack. But, I would like to say to all you knowledgeable guys are an asset to this site. With your knowledge and all, it is a wonderful tool to have. I was born in '73, so you know I don't know squat. Shoood, I just got my truck in Dec '08 and my Chevelle in '03. Thanks for knowing and sharing with us. And most of all, the knowledge you guys possess helps protect many of us guys from spending excess money on so-called factory tilt 67's, small window 68's, disc brake 67's, etc who guys try to pass off as originals, which clearly didn't exist in those years. Thanks again guys!!

Re: The rarest 67 EVER!

^ Maybe you can help us figure out some stuff we don`t know.Always learning myself.I have seen some times change and many moons pass. But,got many ahead before I consider myself old. It`s fun making fun of myself and teasing others. Here`s a boggler...I had a gal find me after we both got on Facebook.Last I saw her was 8th grade,13 years old,1969...41 years ago.We had crushes on each other in elementary school and now we`re hookin`up.I told her I just had a gross thought...imagine two 54 year olds with the hots for each other.Eeewww!!!We just laughed. We`re both still kids more than grown up.Lifes a funny thing. It`s what you make it.

Now what was this thread about?Oh yeah,a`67 CST/20 Custom Camper which actually is pretty rare that has changes done to it,which is very common. We had a guy on here with one who made a $100 wager if anyone could come up with another.By the time another popped up close to a year later he was gone.I`ve seen his and two others, now this one.

(QUOTE) Thanks Special K! THIS is why I posted this. I remember that old thread so I thought I would share this truck (that and most of us like the odd ball stuff) I told the guy selling it that I had seen pics of another one and he told me that it this is THE only one.

"Odd ball stuff"? What odd ball stuff? I thought we were normal and the rest of them were three feathers short of a duck.
