Halogen headlights in classic cars/trucks struggle with dim and scattered light beams.
The Dapper Lighting headlight kits embody the classic look while substantially upgrading the quality and spread of light.
The unique hi-low switch design keeps the costs low while providing a clean and safe light cutoff design, eliminating the issue of "headlight dazing" on the roads.
You get 7" round waterproof headlights and specially-designed 42mm Bi-Xenon projector (high and low beams) with adjustable light focus and flat light distribution to prevent blinding of oncoming traffic.

I know I am only a few years late on answering this but, this shows how much I looked at this thread.
I used 1 7/8 U bend exhaust tube. Cut to fit.

Here's what I did with the running boards and the outside of the bed. The bed is from a 73, on my 65. I'll run the exhaust under the running board.

My first worry was that rain would get in with no weather stripping. But then I realized there are no windows. So I guess that does not matter.

Any more info on this truck? Is there a thread somewhere or any more pics? I've been trying to figure out a hood mod like that for a while.
Thanks!

They are alot of companys that sale this product.
The common name is POP LOCKS or DOOR POPPERS.
You have manual amd electric versions.
You see it mostly on shaved door handles.
I actually will be adding this feature to my truck.
Maybe electric due to the manual versions are easy targets for theft.
On the manual you would use a hidden button (mostly located under the door).
Why does 1Bad62Pro/Street like Pro/Streets???? Hmmmmm
Oh yes.....and the push start ignition thats in the link above:
StarDrive Push Button Start
http://www.auto-hub.com/stardrive_pu..._ignition.html
That has been around along time!
Poor mans version:
Just turn the key and push the button!

Crank the volume up!!!!!!!!!

You have manual amd electric versions.
You see it mostly on shaved door handles.
I actually will be adding this feature to my truck.
Maybe electric due to the manual versions are easy targets for theft.
On the manual you would use a hidden button (mostly located under the door).
i was refuring to the buttonless auto locks. simmilar to what the vetts and a lot of new cars have. no key no problem. just give that ultra clean shaved look.

my thoughts are to use this for the locks and the start. and use the product below for the buttons. ie. door handles, wipers, engine on/off. im not sur how it will work. with the buttons being so close, but it shouldent be to much of a problem. but they cant be under metal. i will have to choose the location very carefully. also i will keep a manual back up ignition (just incase) that will be hidden in the center councle. and door cable hidden some where.
