I've been meaning to ask...

how do I fix my vent windows. Where they pivot on bottom is broken. Other than that they are in good shape!

krue,

I repaired mine a few years ago, and if I remember right,
I cut off and welded a new section of bolt where to old
one had broken. It had rusted. The spring was
still ok. It was not difficult to repair.

The bad part is that you have to get the unit out. You will
probably have to remove the window and regulator to
remove the vent assembly. I was replacing the door when
I did mine so I had everything apart.
