Flip Kits for a 71

Lookin around and can only seem to find flip kits for a 73 and up. Will these fit on a 71? What type of flip kits have been used and How much did they drop the rear for you?

Re: Flip Kits for a 71

i cant say off hand who all makes them i've seen a few people use DJM's

but a easy way to check the drop you'll get is take the size of the axle tube + your leaf spring pack and you pretty much got it with the bolt in flip kits im not sure how much there is between the leaf and the axle since i just welded the perchs on the bottom of the axle if you do a search on the board im sure you could find some pictures to give you a better idea too

Re: Flip Kits for a 71

DJM makes a flip kit for the 68-72 C10's with the 2.25" rear leaf springs. Part number FK1012-5. It will lower the rear 5". Just go to the application guide on DJM's website and you will see it. Also, there is a vendor here on the board that says they can get the best prices on DJM parts.
