So it begins

New to the site. Its already been a godsend of info! Just thought i would post some pics of mine and my sons project. It is a 71 3/4 ton 4wd, and it needs ALOT of attention. we are taking it to the frame and going slow. He is 14 and the plan is to have it completed by his 16th birthday. Once again thanks to everyone who participates in the knowledge sharing!

Welcome from NW Washington. Low miles, one owner, right? Is that beam supporting the front of the bed? Looks like a BIG project. Good luck.

That my friend is awesome. Your son will have so much more respect for a truck he helped build. Looking forward to seeing where you guys go with it.

Looks like a great project . Your son is gonna love it . I built a 70 nova with my daughter and she loves that thing . She helped with everything . It looked about as clean as your old truck there when we brought it home . Keep us up to date on the build .
