Which window channel kit?

The truck I just bought desperately needs a window channel kit for both windows. Is one better then another for example: the one brothers sells, LMC, ECE, The Truck shop in Orange etc...

Please let me know what you guys have experienced.

Thank you!

Re: Which window channel kit?

I have only ever seen these in one brand.I "think" "counterparts".I don't know if anyone else makes them. The vent windows are reportedly a major pain to redo but the rest is just time and patience.

Re: Which window channel kit?

along these same lines, item #20 on this page. I think mine is bad. Does that rivet need to be peaned to stay in place? If so, can you get the old one off the regulator with it still in the door?

No...the regulator needs to come out....and yes they need to be peaned!

I had no luck doing mine as I could not get them set....I broke 3 of them before I gave up!.....I actually wound up buying new regulators.....

Re: Which window channel kit?

Actually quite a few manufacturers of them not just one or two. We sell Metro Moulded rubber (made in USA)and Precision Brand and we actually make are own wipes/sweeps as needed. We sell wholesale weatherstrips ,moldings , division bars, clips etc in bulk also
