i just put swapped my t350 long tail to a t400 short tail in my 85 c10 short bed. i always heard that i had to get a shorter drive shaft. but the one that was on my truck is too short. i found a shaft that is about 3/8" or less short. what can i do to make it work?

The Yoke is different on a 400 so your old Yoke will not work.
