John Deere LA 105 riding mower

My old high school friend, Robbin is selling her riding lawnmower. It is a John Deere LA 105. It only has 12 hours on it. Her husband died in December and she had to move to a smaller place. Her backyard at the new house is too small to use it. I've searched Craigslist and they are listed at about $1000 but I know its only worth what someone is willing to pay.
