Sticking brakes

My front disks are sticking, and I can really notice it when I turn. They squeal down the road too. I've poured at least a gallon of brake clean on the rotors (sprayed a few cans..lol)

Why would they be sticking? Any ideas? They're really loud and on the squeelers...I put new pads on it about July of last year.
