How to use a car lift with a rear axle air ride ??
Hello,
i am just wondering how to use a car lift with an rear air ride suspension.. I think it is not really good for the bags if the rear axle is hanging free, just hold in place through the bags !!!???? Let me know ur tricks to get the truck up with a car lift ?ß Thx achim |

Some brand of bags have no problem just hanging and holding the weight of the axle. But what I have always done. Get a ratchet strap. And strap around your axle and frame or notch crossmember. Usually one on either side works fine.

The shocks should catch the bag before it over extends if everything was installed right. If the shocks dont catch it you can install some limiting straps.

True, shocks should limit your axle too.
