DRW to SRW ?'S

I am new to the site and pretty stoked about my new chevy. Ive been looking for a 4x4 3+3 for about a year and finally found one that is nice enough to be a DD. Its a 1987 C30 4x4 with a 6.2/th400 with pretty low miles and runs real nice.

Now for the ?'s....I didnt really want a dually, the rig will be used to tow my quads and 1990 samurai on a 18ft flatbed. What does it take to convert it to a SRW? Im going to put a flatbed on it so that takes care of that part but what about the front end? do i just go to a standard D60 hub? looking at the rear 14bolt it looks longer than a SRW 14. Im still up in the air about going SRW just want to know if its a easy swap or will cost more than its worth.

thanks ahead of time
matt
