Front/Rear Anti-Swaybar Compatibility

My truck has an original front-end anti-swaybar, am considering installing a rear one as well. Is a 1 1/8 inch too stiff for the rear-end? I don't what to expect in the way of handling, and don't think it should cause a stiffer ride. Any comments, suspension pros?

Rear bar should help counter the tendency of the truck to understeer (plow, push) under hard cornering. It should have negligible effect on the ride.

A 1 1/8" rear bar sounds kind of big to put on with a stock front bar, usual setups are with the front bar slightly larger than the rear bar. The larger the rear bar compared to the front the more oversteer you will have, and since our trucks oversteer to begin with not a good idea.
