New guy from Mississippi Gulf Coast
Hello everyone. I am new to this site. I just got my 1972 Chevy recently, however i am not new to this truck or these year models. my truck used to be my dads. He gave it to my brother back in the mid to late 80's. I got it off of him recently. It will eventually be my sons who is curently 5. The truck will be almost 50 by the time he starts driving and he will be able to tell everyone that he has his grandfathers old truck. How cool is that.

Re: New guy from Mississippi Gulf Coast
Although i live in Mississippi right now i am originally from Arkansas. I grew up just outside of Memphis TN on the other side of the river. When i was growing up i had a 1968 SWB Chevy with a 307 in it (man i loved that truck).
I got lucky getting this one. I remember riding in the back off it on the tool box when i was a kid. It was the first vehicle that i ever worked on and now it will be the first on that my son does too. |
