Saw this today:
Saw this old workhorse totin' a bed full of sod and barely straining. It had some real alignment issues and was fully 6 inches sideways. The right exhaust was smoking and the thing smelled like it needed a real tune-up. I got past it and noticed it was a 72 GMC (as far as I could tell, who knows maybe it was a mix). The old guy was perfectly happy, as I would be too. If you notice, the tags are from Chihuahua, Mexico. Safety standards? What are those? Still nice to see them on the road.

I'll bet that paint was "baked" on there, and not a rust hole in sight.
when i visit my parents in Mcallen,tx (border town) you'll see so many 67-72 c20's, suburbans and 4x4's rust free that are dirt cheap. I mean under a grand! like chevy heaven. LOL |
