Nevada emissions.

I've got an 85 gmc with the 305, the motor is a 86. In a month im going to move to Reno, i removed the air pump and alot of emission plumbing. Im open to suggestions on how to make this thing pass, my main question is...

If i go with a aftermarket carb/intake manifold package from summitracing.com can the truck still pass without the air pump and all the other crap i took off or should i plan on making everything stock again?
