best way to dull chrome?

id like to make my front and rear bumper and door handles look dulled, like brushed aluminum? anyone have any ideas on how to do this.

I would try a gray or red scotch brite pad.

lol.......One more thing to add tremman78........I have also in the past wet sanded chrome with say 1000 0r 1500......Not sure if that is (the look) you are going for but none the less...A FYI.......

Call Russ Mitchell at Exile Cycles. There's an outfit that knows how to get the dull look.
