Steering Wheel question.

The steering wheel was cut off of the shaft. ( Not using a puller ) How do I remove this part of the shaft?

If I understand you correctly, Someone cut the steering wheel off the steering column and left the splined part of the shaft in the steering wheel - Correct? Just use a punch and hammer or something similar and drive it out. If you have a vise, put the steering wheel on it with enough opening on the jaws of the vise to drive the shaft out.
