GM Carlisle Show questions

I am looking to buy a truck and was thinking this show might be a good place to look. I have never been there so I don't know what to expect. I have about 10k to spend. Do you think its worth the 5 hour trip? Feel free to offer any tips, advice, etc. thanks, Joe.

Re: GM Carlisle Show questions

There is no guarantee that a truck will be at Carlisle ALL GM. There most likely will be but not for sure thing. The All Truck show would probably have trucks there.

Thanks for the reply. Do these show mostly offer trucks for sale in showroom condition? I am looking for a daily driver.

Re: GM Carlisle Show questions

There would be scrap yard to show room trucks at these shows.

Re: GM Carlisle Show questions

^is dead on, man it's like gambling. your taking a chance because there is no guarantee what will show up for sale. I do highly advise not purchasing until it has been looked over extremely well, I've seen guys do patch jobs just so they look good for a show, only to fall apart after they sold them to an unsuspecting buyer. So just be cautious.
