Re: Help me pick a color for project 65 Daily Driver

well, you can't go wrong with any of them, BUT, the gold is something I've never considered, and the one in the picture you showed is niiiiice. I've already voted.

I wonder how gold with black between the trim, maybe even the roof (top only) might look... Hmmm.

Re: Help me pick a color for project 65 Daily Driver

I voted for gold as well from a functionality stand point. The blue is beautiful, however if it's a daily driver and I'm assuming you don't have A/C, I'd go with a lighter color, cooler and easier to keep clean.

Oh no, red is losing the race! Can I vote again? I do like the gold...a bit different, but quite unique.

Re: Help me pick a color for project 65 Daily Driver

Normally i am an all black person, every vehicle I have owned for myself has been black. My current '65 Chevy is the first vehicle I have ever wanted a different color, and everyone I know is pretty confused with the turquoise and white combo. Even then it is still gonna roll around for a few years in black primer. That being said, since a black option was not in the poll I voted red. It's a solid choice for a classic ride, and looks good on almost anything. To me blue is really tricky on a lot of classics, and the wrong shade seems to downplay the cars a lot. I just plain don't like golds, browns and tans on anything. But that's just my .02

I was leaning toward the Gold, my wife likes the turquoise and white combo but her vote doesn't count. Don't tell her I said that!

What color interior do you like. That may help you narrow it down.

I'm thinking of a seat out of a Yukon so most likely tan leather.
