Is this stock?

Saw this pic in an add for a 79 Chevy 1/2 ton. The truck is a beater and doesn't appear to have any custom work done to it, could this headliner be factory?

That appears to be symilar to the head liner from LMC.

Definately not stock!

It is aftermarket, but it has the advantage of giving you a durable headliner and a place to put your stereo speakers without hacking up the doors or cab. I did not think it was worth $300, but for free with the truck I think it is a good idea.
