DIY4X.com has some tube ones. They are 345 each. Looks great.

I made a set about five or six years ago but for the life of me cant find he photo's.
 They went on a fellows truck from Arkansas. These open and closed but had no glass regulators in them and he said he was swapping them on and off for the colder season.... |

Not mine but found it on the web.. I like how they kept the whole door and just removed some from the inside.
