Bro im not arging what you are saying at all but we are all trying down here. If you think you can do a better job come fill out an application and i will put in a good word for you! There is sooo much going on down here its crazy. Im not feeding "any BS as usual" just being honest that all. I am not saying the rest of the people suffer, what i am saying is i will gladly help EVERYONE on this site in any way i can but its very difficult to handle the workload thats all i was eluding to. Also if you have a valid e-mail you will get a ship confirmation the day you order explaining backorders and this is something we put into effect about 2 months ago. We also just added some software down here to help things run smoother, again we are all trying, nobody is in the back playing poker!

I agree Jeff it may not be your fault but getting an Email AFTER I/we order telling us its on back order??? ITS TOO LATE...I would think the second you hit the button to order a part for someone you should be able to tell wether you have one available to sell.....

I'll stand behind you I just wish that companies would stand behind the "good" reps the have ....Maybe its a Jeff thing because even Jeph @ Scotts seems to go the extra mile but Justin does stand behind him...

No sweat bro. Like i say i totally agree about the backorder notices. The new system is alot more helpful so hopefully this is with backorders being a mystery will be a thing of the past.
