ft. bumper has a little surface rust & both have some rust on back of them. they need cleaning up and some paint on the backs of them. ft. bumper also has a ding at 1 of the bolt wholes. they would be ok for a daily driver i think they are for a 1981 i got them with some 67/72 parts.
