Can some one give me an approximate thickness of the bushing when installed, i.e. the installed distance (gap) of the bottom of the radiator core support to the top of the frame.

I get 11/16" from the top of the frame rail to the bottom of the core support on a 72 C10 when torqued to spec.

Depends on the year. 67-68 are thin a little over 1/4" 69+ are the thicker ones.
