how can i remove the dash i a 69 c10 WITHOUT cutting i know bolts are on the sides but what about at windshield

No can do. The dash is spot (or tack) welded to the cab at the front windshield. You will need to drill/cut all the welds in order to remove it.

Yeah it can be done but it is a big job.

What's wrong with the dash now?

You may be able to do some creative cutting and splice in some sections...
